Versatility Of Kids Jeans

17th June 2011 by Babies No Comments

Jeans are among the oldest, most classic pieces of garment to have ever existed in the world of fashion. Since the creation of jeans in the early 20th century they have been found on everyone, from construction workers to the seven figure CEO at one time or another . From there, jeans have overcome class and race differences and even become and icon across gender and age as well.

There is no exception when it comes to kids jeans. With its durable, washable, and long-term quality, kids jeans have become a vital staple for every parents looking to fill their kids closets with clothes that not only last, but maintain affordable costs. This is because most kids jeans are made from cotton, a highly affordable and durable material that enables parents to wash them multiple times without significant wear while lasting through the rough play that kids experience on the playground and in the classroom.

Obviously, the most basic and classic style of kid jeans are the blue jeans. Created in Italy and the south of France, blue jeans were more widely referred to as denims, in reference to the southern French town of Nimes. Working class men were responsible for making the indigo garments popular since they needed something that was durable enough to withstand the endless scrapes and dangers faced when working outdoors and machinery. In due time, the popularity rose among the ranks of the elite class to become fashionable attire acceptable in formal and casual settings, outdoor and indoor, for traveling and for staying home. For kids (and parents!) this meant they could rely on a single pair of pants that were acceptable in a number of settings without the need to bring multiple changes of clothes for various occasions.

Not long after their invention, blue jeans could be found in a range of colors and patterns including red and green and with stripes and checks. these designs were a little bit on the bazaar side of things but fashion designers were inspired to create many styles to offer variety to consumers. These days you are likely to find kinds jeans in an array of shades, lengths, washes and thicknesses to fit in with and style or season. Lighter fabrics and shades are better suited for warmer seasons while you would expect to see darker, heavier materials in colder weather.

In short, kids jeans have become a staple in many kids closets as it has become a more reliable article of clothing for kids and parents alike. Its ability to match with any style and any choice in shirts has afforded it a title that many clothes have not achieved: a classic.

Start with a tuxedo, the ultimate formal ensemble, then look into purchasing a blazer in navy or another dark color. From there, a few pairs of quality-pressed khaki pants, button-up shirts, and ties should do the trick in putting together an outfit that is formally presentable while not consuming a lot of time. Be sure to keep a sizeable set of shirts in neutral patterns and colors. You’ll want to be able to match so look for red, blue, cream, white and navy as these color go with pretty much anything. Shirts with thin vertical stripes or a subdued checker pattern can look great with a plain sport coat and slacks. Save the shirts with outrageous patterns for special themed parties or other events where they would be more acceptable.

In order to really make formal baby boy clothes work you have to have the right accessories. Tennis shoes and flip-flops are not acceptable! Keep a pair of shiny black dress shoes in leather or patent to go with the tuxedo or any outfit with the blazer jacket. Its wise to keep a pair of slightly less formal shoes on hand like a pair of tan or chestnut loafers for those events that you still need a more formal feel for. This is particularly appropriate for and outdoor event where more formal clothes can be damaged or be too uncomfortable. Comfort is something you need to pay special attention to because as you know young boys can be extremely restless.
